I have been in general practice for eleven years with the firm of Lanier, Fountain, Ceruzzi & Sabbah. I have worked in many areas of the law including, but not limited to, traffic matters, criminal cases involving misdemeanor offenses as well as felonies, expunctions, corporate formation, personal injury, real estate closings, divorce proceedings, child support and child custody cases, landlord/tenant law, juvenile and department of social services court, will drafting, and civil litigation in both District and Superior courts as well as the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Well versed in Microsoft Office, Time Matters, Westlaw, and CLIO. Active member in good standing of the North Carolina bar Association.
